Roy Buckfield, Died Saturday 21st April 2007.
One of six children, son of Doll and Fred Buckfield. He was only 46 years young and left behind 5
Children, Leann, Ricky, Tarnia, Jason and Amie and loving wife Jeanie and grandson Leighton.
He died of a heart disease no-one knew he had until it was too late.
A beautiful soul, who even though, did not know it, had many people who loved him so much. He was
easy to talk to, someone who knew life and saw people for who they are. He loved to laugh, and
people loved to laugh with him.
He is truly and deeply missed and there is not an hour that goes passed that he doesn't enter
my thoughts, my heart and my soul. They say life moves on but it doesn't mean that we have to
forget, for I will never forget, my one and only Dad. I miss you so much

Things haven't been the same
Since you've been gone.
For a while I wondered
How I'd carry on.
The emptiness inside,
It aches all the time.
That is the reason why

When I heard the news,
I didn't know what to do.
It happened so suddenly,
It just couldn't be true.
They said you'd passed on,
And you weren't coming home.
You'd gone on to Heaven,
Where your soul could roam.
I cried all day
And I cried all night.
I say I'm okay,
But I'm not quite right.
How can I pretend
That I'm not still in pain,
And wipe away tears
That fall like rain?
This is my promise,
A vow I'll keep evermore:
You'll be in my heart
Until I reach Heaven's shores.

We still can’t believe you’ve gone – It’s so hard to put into words how much we miss you. You meant the world to everyone and you always brightened up our day with your sense of humour and smile. You will live in the hearts of everyone who knew you – we love you Roy and miss you so much.
I often think about the times we were all at Nan's with plates of sausage rolls in the kitchen and how you and I used to eat most of them (ok, all of them!) :) – And the jokes and funny things you would say which had people in fits of laughter – why did you have to be taken from us so suddenly.
You will be forever in our thoughts – Love always xx

We didnt see you all the time,but when we did meet up(usually at a BBQ!) you always had a smile on your face and a big hug for us.
You made us laugh and was always good company.
Everyone misses you Roy,and wishes you were still with us.

Roy you were not only my brother but a best friend
I miss you everyday, you made me laugh with your great sense of humour,
You listened when i was low, you helped me in so many ways that I feel lost without you.
you were taken from us way to soon, and i still find it hard to believe that you are not here.

Every day we think about our uncle Roy, we miss you deeply you will always be a part of Andrew,Charlotte, Kayleigh and Charlie life's , we miss you and you are one of the most lovable persons Andy and Charlotte would ever know and the best thing since slice cheese to Kayleigh and Charlie you knew how to make them smile along with everyone else. We love you uncle Roy in our hearts you will live forever and in the clouds for Kayleigh . Our love goes to everyone that loved roy.

The Angel's have taken you to rest, but i know you watch over us.
You are so missed , you planted a seed a beautiful wonderul seed in your daughter who you will be so proud off, you are her inspration and you will live through her until you meet agian.
I never knew you but the wonderful words that are expressed from Amie is very touching the pain still raw but her strength will get her through,
